Currently serving as an Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in New York, Xiyao leads the design, detailing, and documentation of cutting-edge façade designs for high-rise buildings. His expertise in parametric design tools and advanced 3D modeling techniques has been pivotal in conceptualizing and developing architectural strategies for both domestic and international projects. Xiyao's work is characterized by a deep understanding of environmental regulations, urban constraints, and client needs, which he seamlessly integrates into his design process. Xiyao's career is marked by significant achievements and diverse experiences. At the Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Beijing, he played a crucial role in the urban design of Zhengzhou New District and independently designed the public interior of The First Historical Archive of China. Her expertise spans interior and graphic design, 3D modeling, and urban integration, and she has also served as Head of Architecture and Urbanism at Electra. Valeriia’s influence extends beyond the company—she is a jury member for the international INSPIRELI Awards, reflecting her commitment to architectural innovation and mentorship. Antoine Questel, Product Manager for the Station Team at Electra, is an engineer specialized in information systems architecture from INSA Rouen Normandie, with international experience at Université du Québec en Outaouais. Paul Robb is a Creative Director and Type designer with over 30 years of experience, and is a Professor of Graphic design at the University of Perugia, and a Professor on the MA Brand design course of the Academia of Perugia. Since 2000 he is Creative Director for Salt&Pepper an award-winning multidisciplinary contemporary graphic design studio focused on transforming brands and businesses. Expressiveness and authenticity are the basis of his work which is completed with a balanced fusion of creative design and technology. In 2020 he started S6 Foundry which develops creative fonts by designers for designers. Based in Italy they are an independent contemporary digital type foundry crafting retail typefaces for use in digital and print applications. His work has been exhibited throughout the world and his poster designs are held in permanent museum collections. He regularly collaborates with film directors, advertising agencies, institutions, and type designers around the world.
