Spiritual minds with relentless passion for design, they bring love, joy, edge and an unusual bravura in everything they put their hands on. Lovers of nature and poetry, and India, they describes their work as poems and stories woven through their experiences. Their great respect for Indian craft has emerged in the form of extraordinary collectibles, that are contemporized, while using the age old artisanal skills extensively. The intention is to create world class modern design objects, while reviving the rich traditions of our country : to bring about a shift in the way India and the world perceives Indian design, ingenuity and artisanal craft and quality.

Moved to Italy for learning traditional manufacturing. And made competition bicycles for Tour de France at Sanpatrignano, worked at ZULLO Tiziano bike studio in Veneto and design work for other bicycle companies. Returned to Japan in 2012 and set up an atelier in Nagano. Responsible for design and painting requested by domestic and foreign bicycle manufacturers and customers. 2019 invited builder for North America Handmade Bike Show.

During the last 20 years, he has accompanied numerous national and international companies with the strategic and creative development of their brand such as Porsche, Unilever, Kerry property, Watsons, Gallo, Keebler, Kumon, Inoherb, Hilton, HESK, etc. His mission is to build and nurture a design sensitive culture for leading brands in categories as diverse as consumer goods, services, and cultural institutions. Hu-Jijun has an intimate understanding of the challenges clients face in adopting and developing branding fundamentals. He has earned a very good reputation in his professions, at 2018 he was selected as one of the top 10 outstanding young designers in Shanghai. Hu-Jijun is also a recognized facilitator. Since 2009 he was hired as an assistant professor teaching Design at SIVA/Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, and in 2016 he has been work as deputy secretary general for Shanghai Packaging Design Association. He was Cooperate and running lots of Design Thinking workshops with Nicholas Rhodes from UAL-CSM, Timothy Goodman from SVA, Christine Hesse from Hesse Design in SIVA. The faculty team he participated in SIVA was recognized as the best packaging design profession in China. The student design work they jointly guided was obtained: 2018 red dot concept design, 2018 Platinum A'design award，2016 pentawards bronze award, 2014 pentawards bronze award, 2016 ASPaC Grand Prize and Silver award, it is his intention to pass on his experience and his Knowledge to his students.

Carlos is also an Associate Professor with tenure in Architecture and Sustainable Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, where he inspires and mentors the next generation of architects. Carlos holds a M.Arch. with Extraordinary Distinction and has held visiting professorships at renowned institutions such as MIT and EPFL. His expertise in research spans across diverse domains, including 3D Printing in the built environment (3DPA), Geometric Exploration for Sustainable Space Making (GESSM), Artificial Intelligence in structural design, and Affordable Housing. Carlos's work has garnered numerous international awards and accolades, including the Design of the Year Prize by the London Design Museum, the Gold and Silver Medal given by the International Paralympic and Olympic Committees, two Spanish Biennial Prizes, the Mies Van der Rohe Prize nomination, the German Design Award 2020, four SG Marks (Singapore Good Design), two Singapore Design Awards Finalist, and selected as one of the Iconic designs by the German Design Council in 2020. His recent work, AirMesh, received the Singapore PD*A President Design Award, the highest distinction for designs and designers in Singapore, and his projects have been selected for the prestigious Venice Biennale of Architecture in 2018 and 2020. Carlos's dedication and contributions to the field of architecture have made him a respected name in the industry, with a reputation for excellence in design and innovation.
