They have completed many projects emblematic of the era and culture. In response to the social challenge of carbon neutrality in recent years, they are promoting initiatives such as environmentally responsible building construction, including wooden structures and interiors, and ZEB (Zero Energy Buildings) , and eco-friendly construction using low-carbon material and fuel. Complex Building
This is a complex building with a total floor area of approx. 180,000m2 and connected to the pedestrian network, an infrastructure linking central Yokohama and its surrounding areas. The distinctive feature of this project is that it creates a multi-layered plaza space while utilizing the existing pedestrian space. The exterior design of the office area above the lower public area is multi-layered, providing a comfortable working environment. The hotel on the upper floors has become a city landmark, taking advantage of Yokohama's seaside location.
