It is a house built on a site facing the Sea of Japan (Quasi-National Park Geopark) in the northern part of Tottori Prefecture. By making it a one-story wooden building, the eaves are kept low so that it can blend in with the surrounding environment. This building emphasizes affinity with the external environment while staying indoors, and the surrounding environment of light, wind, sound, and scenery The theme is to incorporate as much as possible. Rather than adding additional elements to something or embellishing it with ornaments to bring out its individuality, by subtracting unnecessary elements from what is already there, people can create an expression and style that is as close to zero as possible. The idea is to keep things simple. In terms of daily life, instead of arranging the furniture and things in your home to decorate it, you can place really good things and things you like in the right places, so you can understand what is important and what is important. It becomes easier to understand what you should do.
